CORONAVIRUS: Following the government's advice on March 16th the Methodist Church nationally has decided to cancel all services and meetings for the time being. Methodists are encouraged to worship at home and the church will be providing resources to assist.

The Leeds North and East Circuit of the Methodist Church was formed in September 2013 by the uniting of the former Leeds East and Leeds North-East Circuits. This website will tell you a great deal about Methodism, about what we do together as a circuit, and about the life and worship of each of our 18 churches. The best way to get to know us, though, is to come and see for yourself. You'll find a warm welcome in all our churches. Look at the map below to see where they are.

Leeds North and East Circuit Mission Statement(Sept 2018)

The Churches of the Leeds North and East Methodist Circuit work together to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through worship, learning and caring, service and evangelism.


The priority of the Circuit for the immediate future is to explore the ministry of the whole people of God in the context of reduced ordained ministerial resources
